							Terms of Service for Device Status Reporting and Lookup
1. Agreement to Terms
By using this service to report or check the status of a device, or to access historical information (including diagnostics and location data), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use this service.

2. Certification of Accuracy
When submitting a report regarding the status of a device (lost, found, stolen, or recovered), you certify that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation of a device’s status is strictly prohibited.

3. Responsible Use of Device Lookup and Historical Information
You agree to use the device lookup and historical information services only for legitimate purposes, such as verifying the status of a device or obtaining diagnostic data. Misuse of this information, including but not limited to unauthorized surveillance, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws or the privacy rights of others, is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibition of Fraudulent or Abusive Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Providing false or misleading information when submitting a device status report.
Using device lookup or historical data to exploit, harm, or harass individuals or organizations.
Sharing or distributing information obtained through the service for unauthorized or illegal purposes.
Violations of these provisions may result in:

Suspension or termination of your access to the service.
Civil penalties, including fines of up to $10,000 USD per incident.
Criminal prosecution under applicable laws.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of the information you provide and the manner in which you use the information obtained through the service. Misuse of the service or the information it provides may disrupt its intended functionality and harm other users.

6. System Integrity and Monitoring
